About the CD

Using my own experiences of love, loss and affection, I attempted for these songs to start where the German-born Dadaist Elsa Von Frietag Loringhiven left off 100 years ago in her voyage to express her own voice.  

I call this music Whimsical Torch Song Pop. The tunes are sweet and simple, others traditionally filled out and conforming to the warmest parts of a French waltz musette, a Mexican ballad, a retrofit samba or a grrrl rock classic.  Thanks for your interest!
